What was the highlight of Mandarin Hotel Managed by Centre Point
Fine for what I needed, but not great.
The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious. Room was small but clean. Location was ok.
The entire lobby area is kept WAY too cold so it was difficult to use any of the lounge or flex space for doing work or visiting. You needed winter clothes to hang out there. As I was there for work, I really could have used a comfortable place to work on my laptop. Also, the location is not ideal compared with the MBK area. We spent a lot of time stuck in traffic on the way to the Siam shopping centres.

Top notch hotel in a great location in Bangkok. Cannot fault this hotel really
Everything was really good! Breakfast is unbelievable, almost anything you can think of and rotates every day. Staff were really polite and gave us some helpful recommendations. Room was clean and well equipped. Hotel was located a short 5 min walk to the metro and mall. Cannot fault this hotel really...
Only thing I can think of there are tuk tuk drivers outside the hotel who do want to rip you off, but just walk past.

A great place to stay and overall good value.
Excellent accommodation Room is nicely furnished with large fridge, comfortable beds, walk-in shower. Swimming pool is generous, sparkling and clean, although beware that pool location is shadowed by overhead buildings so water temp is quite cool. Good for lap swim but not for lingering.

Very professional and well organised, but also very friendly...
Very professional and well organised, but also very friendly and welcoming. Rooms very clean and well maintained, comfortable beds and big fluffy towels. They put themselves out to accommodate us when we needed to stay longer because of a late night-time flight.
Nothing really, we had a few communication problems with room service understanding our order, but that was a minor consideration
