What was the highlight of Mandarin Hotel Managed by Centre Point
Fine for what I needed, but not great.
The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious. Room was small but clean. Location was ok.
The entire lobby area is kept WAY too cold so it was difficult to use any of the lounge or flex space for doing work or visiting. You needed winter clothes to hang out there. As I was there for work, I really could have used a comfortable place to work on my laptop. Also, the location is not ideal compared with the MBK area. We spent a lot of time stuck in traffic on the way to the Siam shopping centres.

A quiet, relaxing hotel with a beautiful spa, and delicious breakfast everyday. Will come back!
We brought our mother to Bangkok to celebrate her 80th Birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the connecting room that gave our party of 3 more than enough space to relax. We liked that the hotel had a beautiful spa and the breakfast included was delicious, varied and plenty. I would also like to commend the hotel for two things: arranging a floral arrangement/cake for my mom on her birthday and helping me look for and recover my AirPods after I have already checked out.
We cannot fault the hotel for anything. I didn't like that I was not able to use the pool because we had a full schedule. Hopefully on our next visit!!!

Enjoyed the pool and gym, great for a rest before proceeding on our trip
Breakfast was good. I have special dietary needs and managed to find enough to eat. Only negative was I had to provide my own plant milk as have a dairy intolerance. Only a problem in hotels in Thailand.
